Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your Gentle Monster Kubo eyewear. This gives you ample time to ensure your glasses or sunglasses are the perfect fit for your style and needs.

Important: The return period begins from the delivery date, not the purchase date. Please check your tracking information for the exact delivery date.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your Gentle Monster Kubo eyewear must meet the following conditions:

  • Original condition: Items must be unworn and in pristine condition
  • Original packaging: Must include all original packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, and documentation
  • No damage: Items should be free from scratches, scuffs, or any signs of wear
  • Hygiene standards: For health and safety reasons, items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted
  • Tags intact: All original tags and labels must remain attached

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return shipping label
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 2: Package Your Return

Carefully package your Gentle Monster Kubo eyewear in the original packaging. Include:

  • Any certificates or documentation
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly written on the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label we provide and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

Refund Amount

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days

Defective or Damaged Items

We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days. Please note:
